It means: “of\u003cbr\u003eabsorbing interest; fascinating, enjoyable; relaxed, at ease, tranquility,\u003cbr\u003eamused.” It especially means “to have a good time.”\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBASE RUM\u003c\/strong\u003e: To create this intriguing, round and balanced rum, we chose\u003cbr\u003efor its base a beautiful molasses-based rum from Guatemala, distilled to\u003cbr\u003e90-94% ABV and aged in Bourbon barrels for two years.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBODY RUMS\u003c\/strong\u003e: To build its gorgeous depth and flavor, we blended in our own\u003cbr\u003esuper-flavorful Aged Hawaiian Rum Agricole made from fresh sugarcane\u003cbr\u003ejuice, distilled to 60%-74% ABV and aged 18 months in Cognac barrels;\u003cbr\u003eand a rich molasses-based rum from Venezuela distilled to 85% ABV and\u003cbr\u003eaged 2-8 years in ex-Bourbon barrels.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eACCENT RUMS\u003c\/strong\u003e: To increase Nanea’s dynamic range and make it sing, we then\u003cbr\u003eadded two molasses-based rums from Trinidad (funky-rich) and El Salvador\u003cbr\u003e(mature oak), aged 3-5 years and five years in ex-Bourbon barrels, respectively.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNOTES\u003c\/strong\u003e: light orange peel, caramel, vanilla, Bourbon, Oloroso sherry, dried\u003cbr\u003emango, baking spices and clover honey\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e‘Gold color. Aromas of caramel, cinnamon-sugar toast, marzipan, and vanilla with a round, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a warming, complex, medium-long oloroso sherry, peppered cured meats, dried mango, and clove finish.
